1 Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you ("User") and ultra666 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, services, games, and all content provided by ultra666.

This Agreement takes full effect when you complete the account registration process or when you access any part of the platform, whichever is earlier. Continued use after any amendments are made to these terms is considered acceptance of the latest version of the Agreement.

2 User Eligibility

To use the ultra666 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration and while using the platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that specifically prohibits online gambling;
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling limit programme of any authority;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

ultra666 reserves the right at any time to request verification of your age and identity through valid documents such as an identity card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ultra666 platform at any given time. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in all related accounts being suspended and any remaining balance being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information including your full name as per official documents, an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for updating this information should any changes occur.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ultra666 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The ultra666 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per withdrawal request.

The standard withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes after the request is approved. ultra666 does not charge any additional fees for processing deposits or withdrawals on the platform's end, however fees charged by the respective payment providers are outside our control.

All transactions must use an account or payment method registered in your own name. The use of a third party's account or payment method is prohibited and may result in account suspension and the freezing of related funds.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by ultra666 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus: Your first deposit qualifies for a 150% bonus up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250; the wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750. For deposits of RM200 and above, for example a deposit of RM600 gives a bonus of RM300, bringing your balance to RM900; the wagering requirement is RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value must be met in full before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. Only wagers made using bonus funds count towards fulfilling this wagering requirement.

• The bonus may only be used by the registered account holder in their own name;
• Only one welcome bonus is eligible per account, phone number, or IP address;
• ultra666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time;
• Detection of fraudulent activity related to bonuses may result in forfeiture of the bonus and closure of the account.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the ultra666 platform — including online slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, sportsbook, mix parlay, and esports — are subject to the specific rules of each game available within the platform.

Game results produced by the Random Number Generator or live game dealers are final. Disputes regarding game results will only be considered where there is clear technical evidence of a system error.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, ultra666 will endeavour to restore the session or refund the affected wagers. The platform's decision in this matter is final.

7 User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using the ultra666 platform, users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to access or play on the platform;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game results or exploit bonuses;
• Conducting financial transactions involving funds from illegal activities;
• Impersonating another user or providing false information during verification;
• Attempting to access the platform's systems or databases without authorisation;
• Spreading harmful, misleading, or defamatory content through the platform;
• Selling, transferring, or lending an account to another party.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action including suspension or closure of the account, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ultra666 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this Agreement;
• Detection of fraudulent activity or system manipulation;
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the stipulated period;
• Request from authorities or payment providers;
• Detection of multiple account ownership.

If an account is suspended for a valid reason, users may contact our support team for further clarification and to initiate an appeal process where applicable. ultra666's decision in suspension cases is final.

9 Limitation of Liability

The ultra666 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. ultra666 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be fully secure at all times.

ultra666 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to wagering losses, data loss, or service disruptions beyond our control.

Users fully acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that they wager at their own risk. ultra666 is not responsible for financial losses arising from betting activity on this platform.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

ultra666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without requiring individual user consent. Amendments made will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.

Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. The "Updated" date at the top of this document will indicate when the last amendment was made. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published means you accept the latest version of these terms.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operations under the international licence held by ultra666.

Should any dispute arise between a user and ultra666, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it internally through the available customer support channels. Our team will thoroughly investigate each complaint and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed independent mediator. The mediator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
